7:30 – 8:30 AM Registration
(Biscuits and coffee will be available during Registration)
8:30 AM Welcome & Announcements + Safety Orientation & Scoring Instructions
8:45 AM Shotgun Start
(Lunch, Networking, Raffle Drawings, Presentation of Beneficiary Checks and Shooter Awards will take place immediately after the shooting ends.)
SCORING INFORMATION
We use the Lewis Class Scoring System to determine the tournament award winners.Prizes are awarded as follows:
High Overall
Runner Up
First and Second Place for each Lewis Class (A, B, and C)
The Lewis Class scoring system is similar to a golf handicap system giving even novice shooters a chance to place!
guns / Ammo
Guns are not provided. Please bring your own or plan to share with someone in your group.
A very limited number of gun rentals are available and arranged directly through Big Red Oak Plantation. Please call them at (706) 538-6870 to reserve.
Ammo (12g or 20g) is provided for each participant.
Golf Carts
Four-seater golf carts are provided - one for each squad. To assist us with planning, please let us know if you plan to bring your own golf cart or side-by-side by e-mailing
